GREENS FARMS GARDEN CLUB
Community Service

We are in the planning stage of our second year of "Growing for Good" - growing organic vegetables and donate to the food insecure in our neighboring communities.
The club is managing three gardens this year: Prospect Garden in Westport, Wakeman Town Farm on Cross Highway in Westport and at St. Timothy's Church on Congress Street in Fairfield. Planting is ongoing throughout the summer and into the fall.
Grateful that Ginny Levy at Limehawk Farm in Redding is contributing to the donations, with farm fresh eggs and garden extras.
Pantries that are receiving our bounty are St John's Community Center and Mercy Learning Center.
